Banana Blast

1 banana

6 strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup Vanilla yogurt

1 cup oat milk

1 tsp cinnamon

Triple Very Berry

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup rasberries

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 cup oat milk

1 tsp cinnamon

Lil' Kiwi

2 Kiwi*

1 banana

1 cup blueberries

1 cup Vanilla yogurt

1 cup oat milk

1 tsp cinnamon

*you can eat the kiwi with the outer skin to get more nutritional benefits- It's sweeter if peeled and mildly tart if skin is left on. Rinse first then cut out top stem nodule before blending.

Lean & Green

1 cup spinach or leafy greens

1 avocado

1 banana

1/4 cup walnuts

1 cup oat milk
