Slow Juicing Recipes

  Slow juicing is preferred when the recipe calls for mostly vegetables. Most vegetables are high in insoluble fiber and retain a high liquid content. By removing a large portion of the fiber a higher amount of nutritional benefits will be extracted due to the larger volume of ingredients juiced. 

REJUVENATING RED BLEND

2 medium red beets w/ stems and leaves

1 red apple - cored

6 carrots

1 inch ginger

1 tsp olive oil

Morning Cleanse

8 stalks celery

1 apple

1 inch turmeric

1 tsp olive oil

Green Goodness

1 bunch Kale leaves and stems

1 green apple - cored

1 cucumber

1 bunch parsley

1 tsp olive oil

1 bunch chard - leaves and stems

1 pear - cored

1 cucumber

1 bunch cilantro

1 tsp olive oil
